Manufactured Items

All fiber arts or leather items are made in house by hand. Some are only made to order due to cost of materials and demand. Handmade items that are in stock and require no customization, will ship within 1-2 days of your order based on the shipping method selected at checkout. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, it can take as much as 2 weeks to complete the manufacturing of the item. If an item will take longer it will be included in the description. For items that are not in stock at the time of the order, we will notify you by e-mail when construction has begun and keep you updated on the expected completion of the product. As soon as the item is completed we will pack and ship it immediately.

Published Items

We offer books in printed and electronic versions.

For printed versions we have the authors sign each book as they are ordered and may include personalization if requested in the order. To accommodate the authors this may cause a short delay in shipping (up to 2 days from the placement of your order). Shipping times will be based on the shipping level you selected.

For electronic versions (ebooks), we use the external site BookFunnel.com for fulfillment. Once your order is paid, you should receive two emails: an order confirmation from Twin Cedars and a fulfillment email from BookFunnel. The BookFunnel email will contain a link to their site. There you can select the format you need (EPUB or MOBI, etc.) for the book you ordered and download it. Their site also has detailed instructions on how to side-load the book to your device. The BookFunnel email should arrive very shortly after you check out. (Be sure to check your spam filter in case it does not appear right away.) However, if you do not receive it in a reasonable amount of time, or if you have issues with BookFunnel, please contact us at orders@twincedarsranch.com so we can correct the issue.

In either case, we work diligently to get your products to you as quickly as we can without sacrificing quality. You will be notified as soon as the item ships and provided with tracking information if available for your selected method of shipment.
